How much does a BoltForge custom gaming PC cost?
Our builds start at $2,957. Every build comes with a clear, upfront quote based on the parts you choose, so you know exactly what you are paying before we start.
Is assembly included in the price?
Yes. Regular assembly is $250 and is already included in our list Starting-at prices. Founder assembly is $149 (save $107, tax included) with a deposit paid by Oct 31. Buddy Plan assembly is $99 each (save $160 each, tax included) when two friends order together, with no end date. Those offers are not combinable.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We take a 50% deposit when you place your order. Your deposit is refundable until parts are ordered.
Building & Delivery
How does the custom build process work?
Consult, Spec, Build, Test & Deliver: share your games, budget and style; we recommend a parts list with an upfront quote; we hand-assemble your PC; then we stress-test and tune it before pickup or shipping.
How long does a build take?
Typically 7–14 business days after parts arrive; we'll confirm in your quote.
Do you ship, or can I pick up in Boise?
Pickup at our Boise showroom is free, and local pickup is the only option through Nov 2. Shipping is available from Nov 3, quoted at checkout.

What warranty comes with a BoltForge PC?

What is your return policy?
Pre-built systems can be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Custom builds are returnable only if they are dead or defective. Dead-on-arrival (DOA) issues reported within 14 days are handled free.

Every BoltForge PC includes an 18-month parts and labor warranty, starting the day you pick up or receive your system. If a covered part fails, we diagnose it, replace or repair it, and re-test your PC at no charge. Replacing a part doesn't restart the warranty clock.
What's Not Covered & How to Get Service
The warranty doesn't cover physical or liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, cryptocurrency mining, or overclocking beyond what BoltForge configured. Normal user upgrades like adding memory or storage don't void your coverage.

Who We Are and What We Collect
BoltForge Gaming ("BoltForge," "we," "us") is owned by BoltForge Inc, an Idaho corporation, located at 10504 W Fairview Ave, Boise, ID 83704. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, use our configurator, contact us, or buy from us.
We collect:
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, budget, build preferences, and any message or configuration you send through our quote form, configurator, chat, email or phone.
- Order and service details: what you buy, deposits and payments, pickup or shipping address, and warranty or repair history. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
- Website data: basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools used by our website platform and analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To answer your questions, prepare quotes, and build, deliver and support your PC.
- To manage leads and customer records. When you submit our quote form or configurator, your details are sent to Zoho CRM, the customer relationship management system we use to track requests, quotes, orders and warranty service.
- To process payments, arrange pickup or shipping, and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To keep our website working, secure and easy to use, and to understand how visitors use it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Email Marketing Is Opt-In
We only send marketing emails, such as new builds, offers and store news, to people who choose to receive them. Requesting a quote or buying from us doesn't sign you up for marketing on its own; we'll still send messages about your quote, order or warranty service.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out anytime by emailing admin@boltforgegaming.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
We Don't Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose. These include Zoho (our website, CRM, email, chat and business software), payment processors, and shipping carriers. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or property.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your Choices and How to Reach Us
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, at any time. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies, although some site features may not work as intended.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above.
