Typically 7–14 business days after parts arrive; we'll confirm in your quote.

Deposits & Cancellations

Custom orders start with a 50% deposit. Your deposit is refundable until parts are ordered. Builds typically take 7–14 business days after parts arrive, and we'll confirm timing in your quote.

Returns

• Pre-built systems: returnable within 30 days, with a 15% restocking fee.
• Custom builds: returnable only if dead on arrival (DOA) or defective.
• DOA issues reported within 14 days are handled free: we'll repair or replace your system at no charge.
